“The Difference is in the Details”

This 1948 home's main level was reconfigured within the original footprint to accommodate a family of six with functional space for all activities. The once isolated 104 sq ft kitchen became a spacious & fresh 200 sq ft center of operations featuring custom birch cabinets, glass tiles, Cambria tops and stainless & birch paneled appliances. An interchange of rooms offered better use of space for today's needs; the family room became the dining room with a new exterior French door adding tons of light and access to a patio in a previously unused portion of the yard. The seldom used living room became the new family room. And for the finale, the unfinished storage and utility space of the lower level was transformed into bedroom, office and comfortable entertainment space. The new space saving, energy efficient utilities made the laundry and new lower level bath more enjoyable than ever expected.
